LAS VEGAS, Nevada, Taylor Dayne is heading to the Las Vegas Strip for a major new chapter in her music career.
The pop powerhouse will launch her first ever Las Vegas residency at Harrah’s Las Vegas on Nov. 24, bringing a new production built around her signature vocals, longtime hits and stories from a career spanning nearly four decades. Caesars Entertainment announced the residency on July 28.
The residency gives Dayne a new home on the Strip while adding another recognizable name to Harrah’s growing entertainment lineup.
A New Vegas Chapter for Taylor Dayne
Dayne has spent decades performing songs that helped define late 1980s and early 1990s pop and dance music.
Her catalog includes hits such as “Tell It to My Heart,” “Don’t Rush Me,” “Prove Your Love” and “Love Will Lead You Back.” Caesars Entertainment says she has sold more than 75 million albums and singles worldwide and recorded 18 individual Top 10 Billboard hits. She has also received two Grammy nominations.
For Dayne, the Harrah’s residency represents a new way to present that catalog to audiences.
The singer described the Vegas run as a major career accomplishment and said the show will combine her music, stories and personal connection with fans.
What Fans Can Expect From the Show
The residency is being designed as more than a traditional greatest hits concert.
Dayne told People that the production will use a three act format combining music and storytelling from her career. The show is also expected to include guest performers and a VIP experience called Dayne’s Den.
The set will also give longtime fans something new. Dayne plans to perform some lesser known songs that she has not previously performed live, alongside the familiar tracks that made her a pop radio staple.
That format could make the residency particularly appealing to fans who have followed Dayne since her breakthrough years while also giving newer audiences a closer look at her career.
Harrah’s Adds Another Music Name to the Strip
Dayne’s arrival comes as Harrah’s continues to build a broad entertainment lineup on the Las Vegas Strip.
The resort currently features a range of shows, including Donny Osmond’s long running residency, Menopause The Musical, X Country, Colin Cloud: Mastermind and MJ LIVE. Harrah’s also operates Carnaval Court, an outdoor entertainment venue known for live music and nightlife.
Dayne’s residency gives the property another established music name and adds a pop focused production to its entertainment mix.

Why the Residency Stands Out
Las Vegas has become one of the most competitive entertainment markets in the country, with major stars regularly using the Strip for limited engagements and long term residencies.
Dayne’s move gives her an opportunity to build a show around her own catalog rather than simply joining a large touring production. Her nearly 40 years in music also give the residency a built in connection to several generations of pop fans.
The intimate nature of the Harrah’s setting could further distinguish the performances from larger arena concerts.
A Career Built Around Enduring Pop Hits
Dayne first broke through nationally with “Tell It to My Heart,” which became one of the defining dance pop songs of its era.
She followed that success with a series of charting singles and eventually expanded her career into television, film and theater. Her extensive catalog gives the new residency plenty of material to draw from beyond her biggest radio hits.
Now, decades after her breakthrough, Dayne is bringing that history to a Las Vegas stage.
What Comes Next
The first performance is scheduled for Nov. 24 at Harrah’s Las Vegas.
With a three act production, career storytelling, classic hits and previously unperformed material planned for the show, the residency is positioned as a celebration of Dayne’s musical legacy while giving her room to introduce a new side of her live performance.
For Harrah’s, it is another high profile addition to an entertainment lineup that continues to make the resort a destination for live shows on the Las Vegas Strip.
