Telluride Blues & Brews Festival is set to return to Telluride, Colorado, from September 18 through September 20, 2026, bringing a packed weekend of live music to the San Juan Mountains. The annual festival combines blues, rock, soul, funk, roots and other American music styles in the mountain town of Telluride.

A Star Studded 2026 Lineup

The 2026 lineup features a strong mix of established acts and rising artists. Headliners include Jon Batiste, Taj Mahal & Keb’ Mo’, and Marcus King Band.

The bill also includes Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, The Record Company, Samantha Fish, G. Love & Special Sauce, Charlie Musselwhite & GA-20, Tab Benoit, Eggy, Eddie 9V, Greyhounds, Judith Hill and Nether Hour.

Music in the Mountains

The festival’s setting is a major part of the experience. Performances take place in Telluride Town Park, surrounded by the towering peaks of the San Juan Mountains. The event has become known for pairing live music with the scenery and laid back atmosphere of a Colorado mountain town.

More Than Just Live Music

Along with performances, the festival features additional programming throughout the weekend. The 2026 schedule includes late night shows at venues around town, giving attendees more chances to catch live acts after the main stage wraps up.

The festival also continues its blues competition, which gives emerging performers an opportunity to earn a spot on the festival stage. Six finalists were announced in September for the 2026 Telluride Blues Challenge.

A Colorado Festival Tradition

Telluride Blues & Brews began in 1994 and has developed into a long running Colorado music tradition. After taking a break in 2020, the festival returned in 2021 and has continued annually since then.

For 2026, the combination of nationally known performers, emerging talent and Telluride’s mountain backdrop is once again putting the festival on the fall music calendar.
