Classic rock fans in the St. Louis area are getting a major summer concert night when Lynyrd Skynyrd and Foreigner bring their Double Trouble Double Vision Tour to Hollywood Casino Amphitheater in Maryland Heights on Thursday, August 6.
The concert is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. and will also feature Six Gun Sally. The Hollywood Casino Amphitheater lists the show as one of its upcoming 2026 concerts.
Two Classic Rock Powerhouses Share One Stage
The August 6 concert brings together two bands with deep roots in American rock music.
Foreigner has built a catalog around songs including “Juke Box Hero,” “Cold as Ice,” “Hot Blooded” and “I Want to Know What Love Is.” Live Nation says the group has sold more than 80 million records and has earned a major place in classic rock history.
Lynyrd Skynyrd has also remained a major name in Southern rock for more than five decades. The band continues to tour with Johnny Van Zant, Rickey Medlocke and other longtime members of its current lineup.
Double Trouble Double Vision Tour Hits Maryland Heights
The tour features 19 co-headlining appearances across North America during the summer of 2026. It opened July 23 in Atlanta and is scheduled to continue through August 29 in Rogers, Arkansas.
The St. Louis stop is set for August 6 at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater before the tour heads to Noblesville, Indiana, on August 7.
The pairing gives fans a chance to hear two generations of classic rock anthems during one concert lineup.
Six Gun Sally Joins the Lineup
Six Gun Sally is scheduled to open the show. The band is supporting Lynyrd Skynyrd and Foreigner throughout the Double Trouble Double Vision Tour.
That makes the August 6 event more than a two-band bill, giving concertgoers a full night of live rock at the Maryland Heights venue.
