Simone Biles is celebrating her athletic development over the years.

The renowned gymnast turned on  Instagram on Friday, to engage in a discussion with her fans.

One fan asked her about an experience which “marked you the most in your career.”

At first glance, Biles replied, “2021. having the courage to take care & put myself first.”

“16 yr old simone would never,” she added.

Biles pulled herself out of the four events she had entered into finals at this year’s Olympics she claimed she felt Biles “mind & body are simply not in sync.”
