Ross is a millennial from Los Angeles, California, the land of low-riders. Curiosity and service were built into his roots as the son of public officials, a missionary father, and a law enforcement mother. Ross Victory is a Southern California-based singer/songwriter turned author. After the back-to-back deaths of his father and brother, Ross delved into self-discovery and healing methods, reigniting his passion for writing and music production. Ross mixes Urban Adult Contemporary music and literature, with a focus on nonfiction and thematic short tales, to inspire and delight listeners and readers.
Ross spent his childhood collecting Pilot pens, notepads, and tape recorders, as well as singing and interviewing himself. With the thinking of his youth, he was eager to use English assignments to point out hypocrisies and character flaws in youngsters and adults. With writing that might bite, wink, and smile, he inspired reactions from professors. Adults eagerly anticipated what Ross would write or say next, even though some of his writing was provocative for a third grader and resulted in phone calls home. Ross is the writer of the father-son-themed Views from the Cockpit and the bisexual-themed Panorama: The Missing Chapter, both of which are social criticism pieces.
