NASCAR proclaimed Wednesday that drivers Mike Wallace besides Josh Reaume consume “positively finished the footings and circumstances for restoration.”

Wallace and Reaume remained together indeterminately postponed by NASCAR last year – Wallace on Sept. 10, Reaume on Nov. 10.
