Thunder Bay – MISSINGThunder Bay Police Service requests public assistance to locate Joshua MOORE (a 23-year-old male).
Joshua was last seen at the Algoma Street North block, 100-block, around 10 a.m. EDT Friday, July 2, 2021.
He is an Indigenous male, about 5’7″, with short black hair and dark brown eyes. His last appearance was in a grey-and blue flannel jacket with grey pants and black shoes.
