Charge Your Cell Phone Without Electricity

I’m not talking about those old fashion ways to charge your cell phone without electricity that people did in the past. I’m talking about new ways to charge your cell phone that doesn’t involve any cords at all. I used to use a charger at work, but it cost way too much money and I didn’t like to carry it with me to different sites. Plus, there were those ugly little cord clips that made it impossible for you to charge anything without leaving your pocket or purse. Then I tried a few things that other people had tried that didn’t get the job done, so I began my search for new ways to charge my phone without electricity. Here are some of the better options that I’ve uncovered thus far.

Charge a Mobile Phone Without Electricity At Home If you’re stuck at home and don’t have access to power, you can try to charge your mobile with the kinetic energy it would generate if you took off running. I have two iPhone’s that I like to run on alternate days. I simply disconnect from the wireless network on one, get into my house, turn on the air conditioner, and charge the other using the kinetic energy that it would generate. Of course, it doesn’t work very well unless you charge your cell at home, but if you don’t have access to power outlets all over your house, this might be your only option. Just be careful to turn the air conditioner back off when you aren’t using it, or else you’ll have the problem of running the air conditioner for hours every time you use your phone. I wouldn’t recommend this method in the winter months when it’s cold out, though.

Charge a Mobile Phone Using a Power Bank A lot of people have gone the power bank route and gone wireless with their mobile phones. This lets you use different configurations of chargers for different times of the day. You can easily go from a laptop charge to a mobile phone charge, and vice versa.

Charge a Mobile Phone With AC Batteries I’m sure that you don’t want to throw away your modern day phone and purchase an expensive mobile phone again. If this is the case, you might want to consider using AC rechargeable batteries. These are much safer to use than many of the lead acid batteries that you find in mobiles these days. The only drawback is that they are typically not quite as powerful as you might like them to be.

How to Charge Your Cell Phone Without Electricity If you are desperate to keep your phone working even in the dead of the night, there is another option that you may want to check out. You can charge your cell phone without electricity using a power inverter. A power inverter is a device that takes the direct current (DC) from the wall outlet and changes it to alternating current (AC). Most home electronics allow this type of charge to work; however some older cell phones may not. If your old mobile does not have a power inverter port, you can purchase one from any number of online sources.
