US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday employed a trip to Costa Rica to advocate Central Americans with dreams of creating a better life elsewhere to not visit his state without the appropriate documents.

Blinken was wrap up a two-day visit to Latin America with the goal of putting into custom President Joe Biden’s urge to handle problems driving migrant arrivals in the southern boundary of the USA.
