Dozens of employees had coached in the 4,567-square-foot restaurant situated on the corner of Daryl Carter Parkway and Palm Parkway.
“We’ve got two weeks of extreme team member training that has been occurring from 6 a.m. till 10 p.m. daily,” Vice President of Operations Mike Guinan stated. “There is four unique changes that rotate in and out for coaching.”
White Castle officials stated the place attracts 140 jobs to Central Florida, which have been stuffed in a matter of weeks.
“We are in a position to provide 130 jobs to staff members and then we’ve got 13 supervisors that we have hired ,” Guinan said. “We have been really lucky that we have managed to fulfill all our rankings within the firm we’ve had, and we are going to continue to employ.”
This new place marks White Castle’s return to the Sunshine State for first time since the 1960s.
Masks will be needed for all workers and clients, together with social distancing and continuing cleaning.
The restaurant is open from 8 a.m. to 1% and will reopen Tuesday with regular working hours which are 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily.
