Cory LaDuke has joined Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage Company. Prior to that, Cory worked in finance at Lockheed Martin. Cory’s passions include property, entrepreneurship, economic development, and volunteering. He also serves on the Development Committee of The First Tee of Syracuse. As a broker, Cory will facilitate leases and sales for clients across Upstate New York.

Cory LaDuke joined Cushman & Wakefield Pyramid Brokerage Company in September 2015. Prior to joining JF Real Estate, he worked for Lockheed Martin in finance and real estate. He is passionate about property, economic development, and entrepreneurship. Outside of work, he serves on the Board of the Syracuse Office and Industrial Councils, and volunteers for the CenterState CEO Ambassadors Committee. He specializes in leases and sales for clients in Upstate New York.

After a brief career in finance at Lockheed Martin, Cory LaDuke joined the Pyramid Brokerage Company of Cushman & Wakefield. With a passion for property, entrepreneurship, and economic development, Cory is active in the community and volunteers with CenterState CEO Ambassadors, the Syracuse Economic Development Alliance, and the First Tee of Syracuse. His duties include facilitating leases and sales for commercial and industrial property owners throughout the Upstate New York region.

Earlier this month, Cushman & Wakefield hired Cory LaDuke at JF Real-Estate to help them sell the city’s commercial properties. LaDuke, a seasoned commercial real estate broker, will help the company expand its commercial portfolio and help clients maximize the value of their investment properties. He’ll be working with a diverse portfolio of projects, including a new high-end luxury condo project in the Central Business District.

In addition to helping office and industrial property owners find tenants, he also facilitates leases and sales for clients in Upstate New York.

Previously, Cory LaDuke worked for Lockheed Martin as an industrial and office finance analyst. He also has a passion for property and entrepreneurship. Outside of real estate, he volunteers with CenterState CEO Ambassadors Committee and serves on the Development Committee for The First Tee of Syracuse. Today, he facilitates sales and lease transactions for clients throughout Upstate New York. In addition, he has an extensive background in finance and investment.
