President Joe Biden’s government wishes to earn a 1.8 trillion down payment to the upcoming of kids, families and high education, saying it might create lasting gains for the market. Paying for it could be $1.5 trillion of tax hikes during the next ten years on the wealthiest homes.

The government estimates that 5 million kids would benefit and a normal household would save $13,000.
