How do you find Facebook customer service? Well, if you have an account with Facebook then you might have a live chat option on the right side of your profile. If you have questions or problems with your Facebook account, you can simply call up the live chat support center. Of course, they are not going to give you the best solution for your problem – but their support team is definitely helpful.

 

Facebook has recently come out with an interactive website called “Weirdo.” The website has a number of features that let you surf the web in a new way. For example, you might be able to get online help center services like those offered by Facebook’s own online help center. Of course, Weintraub offers a more traditional online help center. At least you will get a chance to talk to someone before you simply have to move on to some spam complaint page.

 

Another option is to go to the help center section of Facebook. Here you will be given a live chat option. Again, this will be just like the chat options on the live site. You will be able to use the webcam to see the person on the other end and maybe get some additional information. Of course, you should not expect any assistance from the Live Help Center, but it does provide you with an option to get in touch with someone.

 

Finally, you can go directly to the Facebook help center area. This is the last option for getting in touch with someone. At the very top of the page, you will find the contact us button. This will take you to a page with the Live Help Center, an email address, a live chat option, and a few other basic options.

 

The overall quality of customer service you receive on Facebook will depend heavily on how easy you find it to begin with. If you cannot find an actual person to help you through the live chat, or if you find that the chat system itself is so complex that you simply cannot work to the best of your ability, then Facebook may not be right for you. But if you are able to set up an account, use all of the tools listed above, and contact them by phone or live chat, you should be happy with the level of customer service you receive. After all, Facebook is one of the most successful social media sites, and with so many users and thousands of products and services for you to explore, it is certainly worthwhile.
