Australian actress Sarah Ferguson has been making headlines recently for ditching her shows to work out with Rebel Wilson. The two posed for photos in floor-length red dresses with off-the-shoulder necklines and split hems. The pair presented the Best Drama Series award at the Australian Academy Awards last night. She explains that she was unable to lose weight during her time with management because they were opposed to her weight loss plans.

In her latest podcast, Rebel Wilson reveals the simple exercise that helped her lose 35kg during her “healthy year.” While at a health retreat, the actress was told that the most effective way to burn fat is by walking. She says she had no idea that walking would make her lose 35kg in a year. She now aims to reach her goal weight of 75kg, and has maintained a healthy lifestyle ever since.

In May, Rebel Wilson revealed the simple exercise that helped her shed 35kg during her ‘healthy year’. She claimed that a doctor at a health retreat told her that walking is the best exercise for burning fat. She has also embraced a more active lifestyle and has vowed to continue her new diet. However, she did admit that her management did not agree with her weight loss plans.

In February 2019, Rebel Wilson proclaimed 2020 her ‘Year of Health’. She has been working out six days a week to lose weight, and has never looked better. Her personal trainer revealed how she started doing the exercises and what helped her reach her goal weight. She recommends walking on a daily basis, while listening to audiobooks or music playlists.

The actress reportedly ate only carbohydrates and sugar in the past. She now aims for a healthy balance. She used to eat emotionally, but now, she tries to eat healthy foods and avoid emotional eating. She has also been spotted jogging and walking during filming. The actress said she had a very difficult time adopting a healthy lifestyle at age 40.

According to the actress, walking is the simplest form of exercise. Despite her busy schedule, she manages to maintain a healthy weight. She shared the information with her 9.6 million followers on Instagram. In the ‘Year of Health’, Rebel Wilson has shed 70kg, which is an amazing achievement. ‘Year of Health’ is the title of her upcoming children’s book and is set to be released in September 2019.
