Carrie Underwood and John Legend win Video of the Year CMT Music Awards

Carrie Underwood and John Legend took home the most coveted award for Video of the Year in the 2021 CMT Music Awards Wednesday night.

Underwood and Legend awakened to”Hallelujah” at 2020, and even despite some stiff competition from the group the duo prevailed. The voting was completed by enthusiasts via Twitter.
Underwood is your very awarded artist at the CMTs, and it had been Legend’s initial CMT win.
“Fans, thank you so far, lovers. You men, you’re why we’re here doing what we do, doing what we enjoy, making music videos,” Underwood said through her address. “John Legend, thank you for sending me that this unbelievable tune and consenting to sing on it and creating this unbelievable movie that I’m rather proud , and congratulations on which I presume is the very first CMT celebrity! God bless you guys. Thank you ! Thank you, lovers! Thank you, CMT!”
Legend chose Twitter to demonstrate his admiration for his initial CMA, thanking Underwood, manager Randee St. Nicholas, along with his co-writer Toby Gad. Legend noticed that Gad additionally co-wrote his strike”Me”
The series aired live from Nashville and has been hosted by Kane Brown and Kelsea Ballerini.
